Healing...


Wounds, whether they're on your body or on your mind, need to be cured. Everyone at some point of life faces setbacks , heartbreaks or any other kind of depression. Overthinking, worrying and stressing too cause depression. It becomes hard to focus on life goals. You start doubting your capabilities, worry what others think about you. Even some people decide to end their lives.


But that can never be the solution, right? Afterall, we are all humans, we keep making mistakes! It's okay to give yourself second chances. It's okay to love someone even if they don't value it, that's their fault not yours. It's okay to forgive yourself. Sometimes its necessary to forgive people who hurt you, just to free yourself from such negativity. Forgiveness is the best key.


There are a lot of ways you can overcome depression, to heal your mind. Start a new hobby ( like I did, started doing art, it worked), do Yoga or meditation, get a pet , traveling and interracting with new people also helps. Be positive, accept yourself for who you are. Love yourself, people will start loving you too !! :)

Separation

Heartbreaks...now a part of everybody's life. You try to fake it like you're not hurt, move on and become strangers. But when someone asks about it you keep blaming the other person, cursing him/her and start sympathising for yourself. But have you ever thought of the fact that he/she was the one for whom you fall on the first place? Now that they're gone they seem bad? Did they change? Off course not !! They were always the same, it's you who thought them to be different!! Every relationship needs two persons. Nobody forces you to choose him/her. Yes, we make bad choices, sometimes they don't work . But how can you just shut off your feelings and talk ill about them because it didn't work? Relationship is a responsibility. Even if separated, both should keep respecting each other for the sake of those happy moments spent together. Accept, forgive and move on. Don't hate someone so much that you end up doubting and hating yourself .....

The Wedding

She looked beautiful in her white gown, her heart was beating fast, thinking about him constantly, her cheeks were red due to an unknown excitement, her hands were shaky, she was scared, nervous, overwhelmed yet tempted...but then a note came for her along with a bunch of flowers caught her attention, it said," Sorry Dear, I'm still not ready for it, wish you happy life ahead"... Since then she has been trying to figure out, what was her fault !!.... :')

Love or lust?

Have you ever experienced an undeniable pull for someone? Like when he's in front of you , you can't take your eyes off..it seems like everyone around you becomes invisible...you start acting weird when you're close to them...and those eye contacts , like he can see through your soul... you feel somewhat paralyzed by an unknown feeling...the more you want to avoid them the more you get drawn to them...their smile gives you butterflies...it's him only you can think of...you can't express to them as you don't want to show them your vulnerabilities... those long breaths when he calls you, the urge you feel in his voice... that feeling... Is it love or lust????
